Allied Specialty Resources (ASR)
The Nuclear industry is currently facing significant challenges in the area of workforce management due to the current worker demographics. The majority of the nuclear plants in the United States came online in the 1970’s and early 1980’s. During that time, the workforce that is currently working, began their careers. As a result, the demographics are such that over 50% of the current workforce population is eligible to retire now or in the next 3 to 5 years. Each of the large utilities with Nuclear generation have this challenge.
As a result of these discussions, and our own research, we established a 100% women-owned company. Allied Specialty Resources was created to meet this demand. We have very competent owners who are knowledgeable of this business. Right now, we are concentrating in two specific areas: Specialty Resources and "Payroll" Services.
As you can see, we are extremely excited about this fantastic opportunity to establish a woman owned business that provides a very much needed service to our customers.
